Happy New Year everyone!
Last year, I had the opportunity to do some copywriting for Safe Food Scientific, a company that invented affordable home test strips that show whether your meat is safe to eat. This "lab in a tab" can be placed in a container with your fresh or frozen meat, and if the bacteria content is too high, the tab turns blue and the meat should be thrown away.
I'm happy to announce that the beef sensors are now available for sale! The sensors are calibrated for the specific meat protein, so pork and chicken sensors are on the way!
